These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between Magical Toys India (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") regarding the purchase of toys and related products.
   2. By using our website, making a purchase, or engaging with our services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
   3. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
   1. The Company offers the following products:
      • Educational toys and learning materials
      • Plush and soft toys
      • Outdoor play equipment
      • Board games and puzzles
      • Arts and crafts supplies
      • Baby and toddler toys
      • Other children's toys and games
   2. All products are intended for use by children of the age specified on the product packaging or description, under appropriate adult supervision where necessary.
   3. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
   1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
   2. The Company accepts the following payment methods:
      • Credit and debit cards
      • UPI payments
      • Net banking
      • Cash on delivery (for eligible orders)
      • Digital wallets
   3. Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. The Company does not store complete credit card details.
   4. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   1. The Company ships to all major cities and towns across India.
   2. Standard delivery timeframes:
      • Metro cities: 2-4 business days
      • Other cities: 4-7 business days
      • Remote areas: 7-10 business days
   3. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1000. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee of ₹150.
   4. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
   1. Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
      • The product is damaged or defective
      • The product received is different from what was ordered
      • The product is unused, in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
   2. To initiate a return, Customers must contact our customer service team with their order number and reason for return.
   3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
   4. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
   5. The Company does not accept returns for:
      • Products that have been used or damaged by the Customer
      • Personalized or custom-made items
      • Hygiene products that have been opened
      • Products marked as non-returnable
6. PRODUCT SAFETY AND WARNINGS
   1. All toys sold by the Company comply with Indian safety standards and regulations.
   2. Customers must adhere to age recommendations and safety warnings provided with each product.
   3. The Company is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of products or lack of adult supervision where required.
   4. Customers should inspect all toys before giving them to children and remove any packaging materials that may pose a hazard.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   1. All content on the Company's website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
   2. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission from the Company.
   3. The Company's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   1. The Company's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
   2. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
   3. While the Company makes every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free.
9. GOVERNING LAW
   1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
   2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
